Past Projects
Below is some of our finished projects.
Kitchen Island
In this Huntington Beach remodel we created a waterfall quartz countertop, with a low profile range, seating for three and storage on both sides of range.
Kitchen Design
Where the fridge is now used to be the dining room. We also were able to add a laundry room behind this fridge and cabinets as well as a walk in closet. The recessed entry to the pantry makes for a better dimensional look.
Subway Tile & Farm Sink
Although we originally had a plan of a gray brick background, unfortunately they were out of stock. so we did a last minute change to a cost effective subway tile. We went with charcoal grout to try not to compete the whites. Then finished off with a farm sink.
Mini Split
We added mini splits throughout. Placement was meant to cover where heat or coolness happens at the earliest. Due to the add ons it would have lost visual integrity by trying to add ducts where there were no attics for central HVAC.
Custom Pantry
We added this large walk in pantry with customed stained oak shelving. The stenciled glass on the door was a nice finishing touch on this project. We considered adding more shelving but budgetary reasons kept it to a low profile look.
Dining & Kitchen
The wall between the dining and kitchen removed and replaced with a large island. The ceiling was brightened with plenty of LED lights and the flooring was done with a ceramic tile that looks like wood. We decided to do a charcoal grout in order to not soften the wear and tare and cleanliness of normal life from kids or pets.
Bathroom
We refinished the tub, added stone tile, black fixtures, new vanity and lighting. The new baseboards, texture, doors and recessed lighting finished it off nicely.
Guest Bedroom
This bedroom had wood paneling, wall paper, carpeted flooring and no ac. We changed all that. The recessed lighting, mini split, tile floor, new sheetrock that we textured, help make this room a great space.
Hallway
We decided to remove the existing old shelving closet and replace with a complimentary accent that matched the kitchen. We wanted to tile the wall and add shelving but decided it just was necessary for the budget.
Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom had a weird transition line from the add on so we smoothed it out and made it look like one giant bedroom. The barn door and french doors helped add design and transitions.
Living Room
This room was one of our biggest transitions. We had to remove a fireplace, shag carpet, rebuilt the wall between living and dining, painted beams, textured walls, new baseboard and trim...and more
Media Room
The third bedroom had a sunken living space, so we decided a media room looked best. Adding the lighted trim, recessed lighting, mini split and closet helped maximize the value of this room.
Back Patio
To create an outdoor living space, we removed the old plastic cover, painted the pergola type cover, repainted and added exterior lighting.
Exterior
We removed some termite damaged decorative posts, painted the exterior, added modern front and garage doors, removed a ton of landscaping and added some plants, mulch, grass and sprinkler system.
